Fun game. A cross between bocce ball and horse shoes but unique in its own way. Played with 7 and 9 year-old kids, teens, and adults. Played on sand at the beach, long grass, and short grass. Each surface has its own speed and variations. Rules and scoring are simple. The wood nicks and gets small dents and surface scratches, but that’s to be expected of normal use. The numbered sides add some strategy depending on if your rollers typically fall to the right or left. Getting rollers to stay standing upright (for 7 pts!) is really hard but fun when it happens. The best is getting the roller to stop and lean right up against the tower! I bought 2 extra roller sets (purple/orange) so 4 players can play at once. I feel like 6 players or more might be a little crowded, but certainly doable.

Came in a nice carry bag, which all the pieces snuggly fit in. Handle detachable to mallet head, and screwed in and didn’t feel loose or wobbly. Balls had decent heft, so when hit made a nice sound and didn’t roll too fast. Brought back good memories when I used to play many years ago at firend’s houses. You just pull out every once in a while, which is what this is perfect for.

We bought these boards for our Wellness Committee’s March Madness Cornhole event and they are working spectacular! The beanbags haven’t gotten dusty yet and they don’t slide right off the board. The boards themselves are simply made but are sturdy and barely shift at all when the bags hit. These boards are sitting on a flat indoor carpet surface so it could cause the boards to slide if the bag hits just right and they aren’t moving much. I can’t comment on outdoor use yet, but we will be using theses for our Value Days and Wellness Fair which are both outside events so i will try to come back later this summer and add any need comments for outdoor use. But as far as indoor use, these boards are excellent. These will not hold children or adults stepping or standing on them for long.
